1. Reporting Faulty or Damaged Goods
1.1 Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within three business days of delivery.
1.2 Restocking fees of 5% of invoice value applies.

2. Returns Eligibility
2.1 Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
2.3 Products that are faulty due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
3.2 If a product is found to be defective, a repair, replacement, or full refund will be issued in accordance with your legal rights.
3.3 For returns of partially consumed products, refunds will be adjusted proportionally to the unused portion.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Orders placed online can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product(s), as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

4.3 If you cancel an order after consuming part of the product, the refund will reflect the proportionate value of the unused amount.
5. Return Process
5.1 Customers are responsible for returning items to our designated return address unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 If goods are found to be defective upon inspection, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
6. Exclusions
6.1 We do not accept returns for goods that have been misused, improperly stored, or altered.
